I am an artist and pre-service art educator. Originally from Sandusky, OH, I was raised in Pickerington, OH. I currently live and work in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. I have studied at The Ohio State University, University of Cincinnati, and received my BA from Northern Kentucky University in 2011. I received a Masters degree in Art Education from the University of Cincinnati in 2016.

As an Artist I have worked in many different mediums in both 2-D and 3-D, but my areas of concentration are primarily painting and ceramics. I have also worked for many years in the Restaurant industry as a server and as a chef. I studied for 2 years at Cincinnati State'r Midwest Culinary Institute. I currently work part-time as a server at The Mercer OTR in Cincinnati's Over the Rhine. I also work part-time baking and decorating cakes at a small bakery in Fort Mitchell, KY called little Flour Bakery. I also substitute teach at Beechwood Schools in Fort Mitchell. I plan to start applying for full-time teaching positions this spring but have not yet begun that search.
